Sepio Systems is looking for new business oriented, customer focused, sales professional to play a significant role in the expansion of our Enterprise Sales Account team. You should be a self-starter who works well with little supervision. We trust you to do the right things with little oversight. Sepio Systems is a rapidly growing software company with a strong mission and vision carried out by a talented and diverse team of employees. Our goal is to help companies better secure their IT, IoT, and OT environments at the hardware layer. You’ll join a fast growing team and have an immediate impact with our product and customers.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, cultivate and close new business sales relationships with enterprise accounts (greater than 2.5K employees) at an executive level within designated territory, this with CISO/CIO/CTO level contacts.
  • Have a disciplined approach to pipeline development through leveraging Marketing, Channel partners, Customers, and their own ability to organically prospect and cold call.
  • Develop an overall account strategy that will lead to a well-executed, team based selling effort.
  • Team up with your Sales Engineer partner to deliver outstanding product demonstrations and well executed proof of concepts programs.
  • Effectively forecast monthly/ quarterly revenue and communicate the status of strategic transactions to ensure you never win or lose alone.
  • Strategic management of existing channel partners and development of new channel partners.
  • Consistently hit revenue targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and processes.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years in an Enterprise Security/Network Sales closing role.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience managing a consultative sales cycle with Executives at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Recent experience working for an emerging tech company.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communicator.
  • Highly organized & autonomous.
  • Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-moving organization.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated.

PERSONAL SKILLS

  • Enthusiastic about learning and growing at Sepio Systems.
  • Knowledge or experience with MEDDPIC.
  • Experience expanding across business units at large enterprises.
